Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 14, 2026
This page is about the accessibility of this website — for whether a charter trip itself can accommodate a mobility limitation, see the Accessibility question on our FAQ page, which is a different topic with its own honest answer.
Our commitment
We're building this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard most commonly used to judge whether a website is genuinely usable by people with disabilities.
What we've actually done
- Every text/background color pairing on the site was measured for real contrast ratio, not eyeballed. One failure was found and fixed — our main "Book Now" button's text only measured 2.43:1 against its background (WCAG requires 4.5:1); changing the text color fixed it to 8.24:1.
- Every meaningful photo has real, specific alt text — never a blank or generic placeholder.
- Pages use one real heading per page in proper order, not styled text pretending to be a heading.
- The site works with a keyboard alone, without a mouse.
What hasn't been done yet
This site has not been through a full professional accessibility audit or real screen-reader testing by someone who uses one daily. What's listed above is real, verified work — it isn't the same as a certified audit, and we don't claim full compliance.
Running into a problem?
If any part of this site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or any other assistive technology, tell us — we want to know and we'll fix it.
