The trip

Catch N Reale offers land-based shark fishing charters. Trips primarily target sharks in the 4 to 12 foot range using ethical catch, tag, and release methods. We don't guarantee a catch, a specific species, or specific trip conditions — this is real outdoor fishing.

Booking and payment

• A booking is a request, not confirmed until full payment is received.
• Payment is by Zelle only — there is no deposit option; full payment reserves your spot.
• Reale 'Em In and Shark On include up to 6 guests ($75 per additional guest); larger groups go through a Custom trip request.

The liability waiver

Every participant must sign our separate liability waiver before the trip — this page doesn't replace it. The waiver is the controlling document for assumption of risk, release of liability, and medical authorization. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's signature.

Cancellations and refunds

• More than 72 hours before your trip: full refund.
• 48–72 hours before: 50% refund.
• Under 48 hours before: no refund.
• Arriving more than 60 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, which isn't eligible for a refund.

Weather

We may cancel, postpone, relocate, or shorten a trip for weather, unsafe water conditions, or other safety concerns. A weather cancellation doesn't automatically mean a refund — we'll offer a reschedule, credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

On the water

Your guide's decisions are final, including modifying the trip for tides, visibility, surf, or a participant's condition. Staff can end or refuse participation at any time for safety.

Merchandise orders

Checkout runs on Stripe; we never see your card details. Shipping currently covers US addresses.

Liability

Land-based shark fishing carries real, inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge that risk and agree to the terms of the separate liability waiver, which governs assumption of risk and release of liability in full.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business changes. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
