What we collect

Only what's needed to run your trip and your order — never more than that:

• When you book a trip: your name, email, phone number, and trip preferences.
• When you sign the liability waiver: your name and signature, party member names, and — for anyone under 18 — a parent or guardian's name and their signed consent.
• Your photo/video choice: the waiver asks a direct yes/no on whether we can use photos or video of you publicly. We only publish media from people who said yes.
• When you buy merchandise: your shipping address and order details. Card details never touch our servers — checkout happens entirely on Stripe's own secure payment page.
• When you pay for a trip: a Zelle payment reference tied to your booking. No card numbers stored — trip payments are Zelle-only.
• When you contact us: whatever you send us through the contact form, phone, or email.

What we don't do

• We don't run ad trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
• We don't sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
• We don't publish your photo or video unless you said yes on your waiver.

Who we share it with

Only the real services that make your booking and order actually work — each sees only what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for all booking, waiver, and order records.
• Stripe — processes merchandise payments only; we never see or store your card number.
• Resend — delivers booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts by email.
• Google Calendar — used internally to schedule trips; not visible to anyone outside our team.

We never share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain booking, waiver, and payment records for as long as reasonably necessary for trip operations, safety recordkeeping, and legal or tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — contact us using the details above. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to keep something for legal, tax, or safety recordkeeping.

Children's information

We only collect information about a minor as part of the guardian-consent waiver process for an actual booked trip — never for marketing, and never without a parent or guardian's signature.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and make a reasonable effort to let returning customers know.
